Location and Opening Hours

Our location

University Health Service is at Room A001,

Ground floor, Chung Sze Yuen Building
(Near Cheong Wan Road main entrance of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University)

 


  Opening Hours  Consultation Hours 
Mondays to Fridays  8:45 a.m. - 5:35 p.m.  9:15 a.m. - 12:35 p.m. 
    2:00 p.m. - 5:20 p.m. 
Saturdays  9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon  9:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Sundays and Public Holidays   Closed

PolyU full time students and staff are eligible for our services.
One-month service grace period will be given to students upon confirmation of their eligibility for graduation.
