Vision

The FB Academy is a structured professional development programme that intends to nurture the most elite undergraduate students of the Faculty of Business, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as future business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Mission

The mission of the FB Academy is to enhance a selected few elite students from the FB and develop their all-round competitiveness, academic performance and employability, with a specific focus on entrepreneurial acumen and social innovation. Ultimately, the aim of the programme is to develop future enterprising business leaders who contribute to our society with innovative solutions to address economic, societal and environmental issues.

The programme provides students with an international course at a prestigious institution, plus an overseas internship placement at a multinational or international company. In addition, up to three years of development workshops, targeted training, and industry and alumni networking events will be offered.
