Dr Salina Chan Salina Chan is passionate about talent development. She has over 20 years of experience in adult learning and development, and extensive experience in business and people management. Dr Chan had worked with multinational companies in retail, insurance, banking, catering, and telecommunication industries. Her achievements range from talent learning and development, corporate culture development, organizational development, to change management, recruitment management, performance management, business operations management. Dr Chan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, a Master in Science, Training & Human Resource Management and a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. She has also attained Executive Coaching Accreditation & Certified Team Coach. Certification

Mr Teddy Liu Teddy Liu currently oversees various corporate functions, namely corporate development for planning, promoting and managing corporate change initiatives, corporate governance, risk management and internal audit. Mr Liu has served New World Group for over 20 years with diversified experience in business management and corporate controllership functions. Prior to joining New World, Mr Liu had worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for five years with major focus on statutory audit, due diligence, merger and acquisition, and tax planning. Mr Liu holds the Certified Public Accountant designation and is a member of various professional bodies in the field of accounting, company secretary and taxation. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA degree from The University of Hong Kong. |

Dr Xin XU Xu Xin received his bachelor and master degrees in Economics. His doctoral study was focused on the strategic impacts of IT innovation on consumers. His current research interests are in the fields of management of IT service, organizational implementation of IT, HCI for E-commerce, Mobile Computing, and Social Media and Business Analytics. |
