Mr Ben WONG Ben has extensive insights and experience in consumer marketing and businesses in Asia and US market. He has led many marketing innovations and large-scale campaigns for renowned multinational brands. He managed global brands including brands from Procter & Gamble (Olay, Pampers), Johnson & Johnson (Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Johnson’s Baby, Stayfree/Carefree), Beiersdorf (Nivea, Eucerin), Mars/Wrigley (Extra, Doublemint, 5, Skittles), Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and Starbucks China. Ben is from Hong Kong and received a Master of Science degree in E-Commerce from The University of Hong Kong. He also earned MBA degrees from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He completed his undergraduate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Marketing) and got a professional qualification from The Chartered Institute of Marketing in UK. |

Dr Xu Xin Dr Xin Xu received his bachelor and master degrees in Economics. His doctoral study was focused on the strategic impacts of IT innovation on consumers. His current research interests are in the fields of management of IT service, organizational implementation of IT, HCI for E-commerce, Mobile Computing, and Social Media and Business Analytics. |

Dr David KO David received his DBA from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has a M.Sc. degree in International Business, a BBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has a MBA degree from The Hong Kong Baptist University. His research foci have been business strategies, technology strategies in Chinese Family Business, Online word of mouth advertising and Density Forecasting in Tourism Industry. He has published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of advertising and Annals of Tourism Research. Apart from academic research, he has served as a consultant to various companies, such as Oriental Trading Company (USA) and Intertek Testing Companies (UK). David teaches subjects on Global Marketing, Product Management, B to B Marketing, Sales Management, Marketing Communication, Introduction to Marketing. Prior to his post-graduate studies, David worked in the testing industry as quality and marketing director. |
