Based on Total h-index, Dean Ir Professor Edwin Cheng ranks 45th in the World’s Top 100 Business and Management scientists and Prof. Michael Bond ranks 180th in the World’s Top Social Sciences scientists.

Productivity ranking is a measure of how prolific researchers are in publishing scientific articles of value. It is calculated based on the i10-index, which measures the number of publications that have received at least ten citations from other researchers. The top three most productive PBS faculty are currently Ir Prof. Edwin Cheng, Prof. Michael Bond, and Prof. Eric Ngai.
Prof. Mike Lai (Hong Kong: 358; Asia: 5,819; World: 33,931) and Prof. Hans Wang (Hong Kong: 412; Asia: 6,757; World: 39,744) are currently the 4th and 5th most productive PBS faculty respectively.

Citation ranking is based on the total number of times a researcher’s publications are being cited by other researchers. Prof. Michael Bond, Ir Prof. Edwin Cheng, and Prof. Eric Ngai are currently the most cited PBS faculty.
