Mr YANG Xianguo was the Country Magistrate of Changxin City Government in Zhejiang (浙江省长兴县县长) and the Chief Procurator of the People’s Procuratorate, Shaoxing, Zhejiang (浙江省绍兴市人民检察院检察长). Currently he is a Counsellor of Zhejiang Province Government (浙江省人民政府参事). He has had great contribution in how to govern a better society in China. In recent years he has outstanding research results and suggestions for developing featured towns and national free trade zones.
