Mr Huang graduated from the BBA (Hons) in Global Supply Chain Management programme at PolyU in 2008 and received a Master of Science in Sports Medicine and Health Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013. Since 2011, he has been captain of Kitchee Sports Club, a Hong Kong football team. He has also captained the Hong Kong Representative Team since 2012.

Since 2011, Mr Huang has won 23 champion titles in Hong Kong football. He has also been named Hong Kong Footballer of the Year and Best Eleven Squad (Midfielder) during his professional career.

While studying at PolyU, Mr Huang led the university football team to the Hong Kong regional championships three times and played in the quarter finals of the China University Student Football League.

Since graduating, Mr Huang has continued to support and contribute to PolyU. He accepted an invitation to become an assistant coach of the PolyU football team to help players improve their skills and tactics. He has also taken on some duties from the head coach to help other students who love football and create more opportunities for them to participate in football training.

Mr Huang’s contributions and achievements are highly regarded by PolyU. He continues to attend PolyU football team training sessions and other activities to motivate and care for today’s young students.
