MSc in China Business Studies (CBS) programme is pleased have Ms Doris Lian, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Ltd. and the Chairperson of the Chinese Asset Management Association of Hong Kong (HKCAMA), join us as a guest speaker for subject AF5626 China Immersion Experience on Friday, 24 May 2024.

Ms Lian is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in the area of cross-border financial services. She started her career as a trader in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the chief representative in ABN AMRO Bank (Asia) in 1993. In 2004, Ms. Lian was the China Business Director of DBS Vickers (Hong Kong) and was responsible for the initial public offerings of H shares and red chips. She was the Chief Executive Officer of Da Cheng International Asset Management from 2008 to 2012. She joined Bosera in 2012, she played a key role in growing the company’s asset management scale from 280 billion to 1.8 trillion.

In her talk, Ms Lian will be sharing her insights and experiences on the topic “Digital Asset: A Practical Perspective”. This will be an excellent opportunity for all of MSc CBS students to learn from a leading expert in the industry and gain valuable perspectives that can enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
