Computing research student received a Silver Prize at the Huawei Logistics Competition

Huawei Logistics Competition was held at the 11^th International Conference on Evolutionary Multi- Criterion Optimization (EMO 2021). It attracted over 485 participants to compete in two tracks with real business scenarios generated by Huawei.

Zhang Han, research student from the Department of Computing won the Silver Prize of Track 1 with his project titled "Solving Combinatorial Optimization Problems in Smart Logistics Based on Meta-heuristic Algorithms" under the supervision of Professor Li Qing, Chair Professor and Head of COMP.
