2025 International Conference on Polysaccharides for Nutraceuticals and Future Foods

The international conference aims to provide a unique opportunity for scientists to share their ideas and findings on the function and application of polysaccharides (PS) for promotion of human health and food sustainability. The conference program topics are highly interdisciplinary across the fields of polymer, food and health sciences and cover the development and application of novel food products and processes with PS from various sources.
