The Faculty of Science is pleased to announce the inauguration of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FSN) established on 1 January 2023.
Based on the key pillars in Food Safety, Food Technology, Human Nutrition, and Chinese Medicine, FSN aims to meet the requirements of the growing public awareness of food sustainability and safety.
