Giving used books a second life

In collaboration with Read-Cycling, the Campus Sustainability Office set a counter on campus to collect used books on 10-11 April 2017. The two-day activity collected a total of 481 books with the great support from staff and students who were keen to contribute.

Read-Cycling is a government-registered NGO which collects used books for charity sale. All proceeds, after deduction of necessary expenses, will be used to promote reading culture in the local community.
