Mooncake collection

PolyU signed the Food Grace’s pledge to help reduce mooncake wastage in Mid-Autumn. Mooncake collection points were set up on campus for collecting surplus mooncake and sharing with families in need through Food Grace. Like other activities in the past that aimed to collect surplus food items, this was one occasion invited the University community to think about reducing food waste at source. As a meaningful event that highlighted the concepts of sustainability, it also broadcasted the message about sharing with others.
