The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (hereinafter “PolyU”) continued to make great progress across various areas since our publication of the last Sustainability Report in 2012/13 Remarks 1. This Sustainability Report 2013/14 (hereinafter “This Report”) reflects our achievements in environmental performance and commitment in driving sustainability development.
The fiscal year 2013/14 from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014 is covered. Data and statistics are collected and normalized into comparable terms for benchmarking where appropriate and practicable. The scope of this Report includes the Hung Hom Main Campus (including the new Jockey Club Innovation Tower) Remarks 2, Student Halls of Residence in Hung Hom and Homantin, and the two extended campuses in Hung Hom Bay and West Kowloon under the College of Professional and Continuing Education (hereinafter “CPCE”).
To reduce the ecological footprint associated with printing and paper consumption, we publish this Report exclusively online.
