Transportation
People in Hong Kong enjoy a well-developed public transportation system, which includes a sophisticated railway system, bus services all across the city, and public light buses that further supplement the coverage. Taxis are also available; those in red can travel anywhere in Hong Kong while those in green or blue operate in specific areas.
Two ferry lines run across the Victoria Harbour, while there are also ferry services reaching the outlying islands as well as beyond Hong Kong to Macau and the Chinese mainland. More information is available at https://www.td.gov.hk/en/transport_in_hong_kong/public_transport/ferries/index.html.
To get a driving license in Hong Kong, a person has to reach the age of 18 and passes certain tests. One holding an overseas driving license may apply for a full driving license. More information about the licensing is available at http://www.td.gov.hk/en/licensing_service/index.html.

Landline phone service is available at low prices, typically without any per-call charges for local calls. International Direct Dial (IDD) service to most regions of the world is available, and the IDD code of Hong Kong is +(852).
Wi-Fi services are widely available. In many areas, free services are offered by the government or other providers, subject to specific terms.
