Call for Nomination - Outstanding Alumni Award of ISE Department 2023

The Department is now inviting nominations for the Outstanding Alumni Award of Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering 2023.  There are three levels of the Award (i.e. Department > Faculty > University) in four award categories as shown below.

1. Professional Achievement 專業成就
2. Entrepreneurial Achievement 創業/ 工商業成就
3. Scholarly Achievement學術成就
4. Community Service Achievement  社會服務成就
    

Each Department can have up to one senior awardee and one young awardee (aged under 40) for nomination to Faculty level each year.  They can be from the same category.  More details about the assessment details can be found here.

Candidates can complete the attached Nomination Form and return it to ck.choi@polyu.edu.hk / vivien.shek@polyu.edu.hk with all required supplementary documents.
