The Supply Chain Innovation Centre (SCIC) showcases the latest enabling technologies that can be applied at any point of the supply chain with the aim of achieving supply chain management excellence. It demonstrates how EPC/RFID can be applied in real-life business environments among global supply chain stakeholders, including manufacturers, logistics providers and retailers. A live network - the Hong Kong EPCnetwork - illustrates how different EPC components work together with the Internet backbone to enable end-to-end global supply chain visibility in real time.
