Summary

In today’s hypercompetitive landscape, digital transformation is not only an opportunity but a necessity for businesses striving to maintain relevance and competitive advantage. This lecture explores the crucial role of change management in enabling effective digital transformation, focusing on how business intelligence (BI) tools can empower firms to make data-driven decisions, adapt to rapid market shifts, and enhance operational efficiency. We will examine strategies to foster organizational agility, manage resistance to change, and leverage BI insights to drive sustainable growth and innovation in an increasingly digital world.
