Dr. Wen received her PhD from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019, her MSc from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2014, and her Bachelor degree from Sichuan University in 2013. She is now an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Wen’s research interests include Aviation Operations, Airline Scheduling, Air Logistics, and Logistics Engineering & Supply Chain Management. Dr. Wen is the PI of a list of research grants including RGC(Hong Kong) General Research Fund and National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has rich publication experiences in prestigious journals like Transportation Research Part A/B/C/E, European Journal of Operational Research, Annals of Operations Research, Computers and Operations Research, IEEE Transactions (e.g., IEEE-TEM, IEEE-TITS, IEEE-SMCS), Journal of Air Transport Management, International Journal of Production Economics, and International Journal of Production Research.
