Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Product Innovation with Marketing

From project management to strategic marketing, product engineering to system innovation, and quality assurance to design thinking, the diverse knowledge and skills gained from years of undergraduate training have proven to be highly useful and practical in my career at JF Thermal, first as Marketing Engineer and now as Assistant Operations Manager. Having the skills and mindset required for a variety of careers has given me the unique ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives, thus enhancing my development as a thermal engineer at the management level. My current job is fully in line with my learning experience in PEM which equipped me with a comprehensive mindset of the product creation process, from market research, ideation, product definition, product development, to production. The programme also provided me with lots of chances to practice project management skills, including project planning, resources allocation, team working, etc. All of these experiences and skills significantly facilitate my progress in this career path!
