Service Description

Dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) is a protocol that provides quick, automatic and central management for the distribution of IP addresses within a network. Our service is to facilitate departmental IT supporting staff to automate the IP address assignment for the IT assets under their purview. Hardcoding the IP addresses on the IT resources is not necessary.

Service level

All user requests are classified as level 1 to 3 depending on their impact and urgency.

  • Level 1 – User Request Resolution Time: 1 day
  • Level 2 – User Request Resolution Time: 3 days
  • Level 3 – User Request Resolution Time: 5 days
