We’re happy to announce the launch of the Donor and Donation Management System (DONOR), the latest milestone in our ongoing efforts to modernize legacy applications and streamline administrative processes. The DONOR information platform establishes associations with respective alumni records via an interface with the Alumni Management System, benefiting alumni donors and alumni stakeholders in donor organizations or charitable foundations.

The Donation Management System features a modern, easy-to-navigate interface designed to simplify administrative workflows. Whether managing donor information or tracking donations, the system’s intuitive design ensures a smooth experience with minimal training required. Plus, its responsive design allows for accessibility across devices with different form factors— both desktop and mobile.
Enhanced security
To safeguard sensitive donor information, the Donation Management System is designed based on the least privilege access model, restricting access to devices on the campus network. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit, helping to protect sensitive data and ensuring that only authorized personnel can access the system.
Integration with other business administration applications
The Donation Management System has a built-in Application Programming Interface (API) that allows other business administration applications, such as Alumni Management System or Finance Systems, to exchange data and establish associations between records and transactions.
