There are various partners working closely with ITS, find out the list of departmental contact person of the following task forces,
- Departmental Computer Liaison Officers (CLO)
- Departmental PUsecure Administrators (DPA)
- ITS Representatives to Departments (IRD)
- Cyber Security Working Group (CSWG)

Departmental Computer Liaison Officers (CLO)
One or more staff member from each department is nominated as the Computer Liaison Officer (CLO) to act as a contact person between ITS and the department on IT related matters. The CLOs also act as the department's IT Security Officers and Software Asset Managers. ITS correspondences and information are sent to the CLOs and meetings between ITS and CLOs are held regularly to facilitate communication.

Departmental PUsecure Administrators (DPA)
One or more staff members from each department/office has/have been nominated to act as the Departmental PUsecure Administrator (DPA) to manage the user identities (NetIDs) and associated accounts of the office in the Identity Management System (PUsecure-IM) for accessing the University's IT systems and facilities.

ITS Representatives to Departments (IRD)
To provide consultation to individual departments and enhance communication and collaboration, a dedicated senior ITS staff member, named "ITS Representative to Department" (IRD), has been assigned as the direct contact point to each Department/Office/Centre/Unit. The IRDs will coordinate to provide professional advice to departments on their IT initiatives and will visit departments periodically to better understand the departmental IT needs.
Heads of Departments, Computer Liaison Officers (CLOs) and other colleagues involved in the planning and development of departmental IT initiatives and projects are welcome to contact their IRD at any time for discussions and idea sharing.

Cyber Security Working Group (CSWG)
To facilitate departments in stepping up the required risk mitigation actions on Departmental publicly accessible systems and to enhance collaboration across departments on cyber threat intelligence, the following staff members are nominated by their departments to join the Cyber Security Working Group.
