Service Description

The registration process for participants attending PolyU events, hosted by various organizing units, has often been repetitive. Participants are required to re-enter information previously provided at prior events, resulting in a disjointed and time-consuming experience. Furthermore, the data collected is scattered across different organizing units, making it difficult to obtain a comprehensive overview.

 

Our Common Event Management System offers a suite of features designed to enhance the organization of events:

Service Level

All user requests are classified as level 1 to 3 depending on their impact and urgency.

  • Level 1 – User Request Resolution Time: 1 day
  • Level 2 – User Request Resolution Time: 3 days
  • Level 3 – User Request Resolution Time: 5 days
