1. Register Alumni NetID
If you are an alumni of PolyU, you can register for and set up your Alumni NetID via IdPortal Alumni NetID Registration function [https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/registration/screen-anad].
Step 1: ACCESS the IdPortal Alumni NetID Registration function and input your personal information.
Step 2: REVIEW and ACCEPT the PolyU Acceptable Use Policy for University Technology Facilities and Services.
Step 3: SETUP "NetPassword", "Display name for PolyU Connect Email Address", and "Personal Email Address".
Step 4: REVIEW and CONFIRM "NetID" and "Email Address".
2. Recover forgotten NetID
Alumni NetID holders can recover forgotten NetID by Alumni NetID Self-Service function [https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/kyc/kyc-anad].
Step 1: ACCESS IdPortal Alumni NetID Self Service function and input your personal information.
Step 2: RETRIEVE your Alumni NetID and account details.
Step 3: CLICK “Finish and Return to IdPortal” to finish the process.
3. Change or Reset forgotten NetPassword
Alumni NetID holders can change NetPassword or reset forgotten NetPassword by Alumni NetID Self-Service function [https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/kyc/kyc-anad].
Step 1: ACCESS IdPortal Alumni NetID Self-Service function and input your personal information.
Step 2: CLICK “Reset NetPassword”
Step 3: INPUT new NetPassword and then CLICK “Proceed”.
Step 4: CLICK “Finish and Return to IdPortal” to finish the process.
4. Change Personal Email
Alumni NetID holders change personal email by Alumni NetID Self-Service function [https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/kyc/kyc-anad].
Step 1: ACCESS IdPortal Alumni NetID Self-Service facility (https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/kyc/kyc-anad) and input your personal information.
Step 2: CLICK “Update Personal Email”.
Step 3: INPUT your new personal email and then CLICK “Proceed”.
Step 4: CLICK “Finish and Return to IdPortal” to finish the process.
