ITS has been providing various kinds of research enabling tools for researchers including, but not limited to, High Performance Computing platform, High Throughput Computing, University Cloud, Database as a Service, Gitlab, Jupiter and open software development environment.
Communication channel in Microsoft Teams
A new Research Support Team Site has been established for dissemination of research tools related information and forthcoming workshops / training news. Pre-recorded training materials on Python etc. will also be uploaded. Researchers are welcome to join the group ‘Grp_ITS_IT Support for Research’ (https://polyu.hk/oIecQ) via MS Teams for the latest research support news and information.
Online workshops / webinars
A new round of R online training will be available in mid-March. In addition, online webinars on the HPC (High Performance Computing) platform and GitLab service are also in plan.
