To achieve economies of scale, ITS has centrally coordinated the acquisition of Adobe Acrobat license plan for departments.
Departmental users please note that as announced by Adobe, their Terms of Use will be updated to include important changes related to teams and enterprise Adobe Document Cloud storage which will take effect on 16 April 2020.
Under the updated Terms, content stored on Adobe Document Cloud for teams and enterprise may be accessed and controlled by the license plan administrators of the University. Click here for details.
Users will be prompted to accept the updated Terms of Use on 16 April 2020. Acceptance of the updated Terms is required to continue accessing the Document Cloud apps and services.
In connection with the update of the Terms of Use, Acrobat users are advised to move your documents stored on Adobe Document Cloud, especially those confidential ones, to a local storage device or another cloud storage.
