IT Online ServiceDesk: Keep track of every case you report to us

The new ‘IT Online ServiceDesk’ platform for logging and tracking IT-related support requests will be launched to replace the existing HelpCentre Online Tracking Service (HOTS) in June 2021.

IT Online ServiceDesk, a cloud-based solution, allows staff and students to easily log IT service / support requests as well as report use issues on systems and applications. The Cloud based platform enables staff / students to tag request with related service category to speed up flow to responsible support staff. Staff / students will be notified via email upon the request case being worked on.

This IT Online ServiceDesk will be available on 21 June. More details will be communicated shortly, stay tuned.
