The Class Attendance Application has been enhanced with two key features to facilitate instructors to manage class attendance records, please check the details below.
View and export attendance records by subject section
Instructors can expand or collapse subject aggregated view of the attendance records accordingly as well as download and export the attendance records of respective subject section to a CSV file. Details could be found in the part (iv) on page 11 of the User Guide.
Enable auto synchronization of attendance records to LEARN@PolyU Blackboard
The option of 'enable / disable' auto sync function in Class Attendance Application download page has been made available. Instructors can enable this function to allow the attendance records automatically sync to LEARN@PolyU Blackboard on a daily basis.
