Here are some key features and benefits of RAVS:

  • Seamless Collaboration:

Multiple stakeholders can provide comments and inputs on draft agreement via MS SharePoint. Researchers, legal and finance teams, and other relevant parties can collaborate in real-time, edit documents, input comments, and track changes, all within a secure and centralized platform.

  • Automated Approval Workflow:

Automated approval workflow eliminates the need for manual routing and follow-up. The system routes the agreement through the appropriate channels, notifying stakeholders when their input or approval is required. This results in faster turnaround times and reduces the risk of delays.

  • Enhanced Document Management:

A centralized repository for all research-related agreements. Users can easily search, retrieve, and view historical agreements, eliminating the hassle of digging through physical files or emails. This feature ensures compliance, enhances transparency, and simplifies record-keeping.

  • Real-time Status Tracking:

Track the progress and status of agreements review. Users can quickly identify bottlenecks, view pending approvals, and receive notifications for any updates or changes. This transparency enables better decision-making and improves overall efficiency.
