We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our PolyU API management services on 1 December 2024 for research developers in academic departments.
At present, the following Cloud-based LLMs are available for direct API calls:
- GPT-4o
- GPT-4o mini
- o1-preview
- o1-mini
Research developers can fill out the application via the e-forms below to use the PolyU API management services.
- Application to use PolyU API management services for staff
- Application to use PolyU API management services for students
Upon approval from the PI or HoD, ITS will assist to create user accounts on the PolyU API Developer Portal.
Each research team will be provided with unique API keys, usage quotas, and rate limits according to their requirements and default common policies.
Research team can reference sample code, error logs, and usage metrics via the Azure portal.
Monitor your API usage in detail through the Azure portal, such as the number of API calls, and analyze token usage to optimize your application’s performance.
Visualize your costs using the Azure portal and manage your expenses effectively. Alert emails will be sent to you when you approach the 80% and 100% thresholds.
Easily manage your account settings. Find or regenerate API keys, change your password, and perform other administrative tasks with just a few clicks, ensuring your data remains secure.
