With over 20 years of business development, innovation design and leadership experiences in Information Technology, Education Technology, Learning & Development, and Bio-Tech nano-materials development and manufacturing, Tenny has worked for organizations ranging from VC-backed startups to large multinational and state-owned companies in various regions, especially in mainland China. All these years he has been practicing coaching approach and a strong leader who brings teams together to get things done efficiently and effectively.
Tenny is running a Bio-Tech startup and was the former Head of Ecosystem & Partner Organization of Cisco Greater China responsible for channel partner business strategy formulation and execution, Business Leader of Pearson English Business Solutions for Asia Pacific and Japan, and senior business development executive and internal coach of SAP, Oracle and China Resources Group.
Tenny is passionate about coaching and developing like-minded and competent people and teams solving major and socially challenging problems. That is why he is keen on engaging with people development with a grand mission and a focus on advancing technologies.
His motto is “Lifelong Learning and Helping Those in Need”. To better serve the purpose, he has never stopped learning and growing. He hold a Doctor in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an EMBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Technology Management from Macquarie University of Australia. In addition, he has accumulated more than 500 training hours on executive coaching from ICF and WCC certified training centres. He is also a registered Six Sigma Champion.
