The project proposes an innovative module that combines the usage of smartphone software, the sound output jack, and Radio Frequency (RF) transmitter together to form an enriched set of interactive RF transmitter - uControl. The major innovation for this project is to transform smartphone into a universal one-to-many RF controller to replace the traditional one-on-one RF controller with additional interactive extensions between the smartphone and the controlled device. This module can be applied to any RF toys enabling the players to experience interactive feedback such as vibration, sound and light. It not only increases the fun and value of using smartphone, but also reduces the manufacturing cost of RF transmitters.
