PopTAP is a multimedia information exchange platform to enable interactions between exhibitors and visitors using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology in smartphone. The visitors can tap their smartphones enabled with NFC technology on smart tags of the exhibits and retrieve multimedia contents real-time through their smartphones. They can also review the information afterwards with a back-end cloud system after simple registration. Meanwhile, the exhibitors can deliver their information without printed materials and gift packages. This new solution encourages an environmental-friendly, easy and efficient two-way communication between the exhibitors and the visitors.
