Service Elite Asia Limited
The project aims to offer professional service check and customer intelligence tracking tools for the hospitality industry in the Asia Pacific region. Hotel guests (On Ground) experience and Consumer Generated Media (Online) commentary form the key originator of Word of Mouth, results in significant impact in service quality and hence, customer loyalty and purchasing decision for hotel industry. Supported by the Board of Advisors from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, School of Hotel & Tourism Management and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group, S.E.A's mission is to sustain hotels' RevPAR (Revenue Per Average Room) by driving service excellence. A Guests Intelligence Suite (GIS) is developed as a cost-effective tool to provide up-to-date actionable data for hotels to stay ahead of competitors as the pioneer of service elite maximize customer loyalty and ultimately optimize yield achievement.
