Every day, a significant amount of ugly fruits (like deformed vegetables and bruised fruits) are wasted in Hong Kong. These ugly food are simply thrown away just because of their look (misshapen, off-sized , or maybe have a bit of bruising or damage) but they are perfectly delicious and nutritious. NOF’s mission is to rescue these ugly fruits. They give new life to expiring and ugly fruits and transform them into long shelf-life dried fruits through the upcycling process.
