- Each presentation room is equipped with a laptop computer and an LCD projector. Speakers, who will present in person, should use the on-site computer provided to ensure stable system connection.
- Presentation may only be given in Microsoft PowerPoint / Adobe Acrobat Reader. Speakers should arrive at the presentation venue or login to zoom webinar 15 minutes in advance of their designated session.
