In an interview by《CMG》, Prof. Christopher Chao, Vice President (Research and Innovation) and Director of PReCIT of PolyU said Hong Kong has strong basic research capabilities, particularly in high-end applied technology research.
He believes that Hong Kong can closely cooperate with Mainland to integrate into national development and achieve a win-win situation.
