On July 9-11, Prof. WONG Man-sau was invited to participate in the Global Innovation Forum on Plants and Human Health,
known as the "Sam Kong Forum" (HOU KONG, HSIANG KONG, and CHU KONG), held in Macau SAR, China.
This esteemed forum was hosted by the Macau University of Science and Technology, the Macau Association of Traditional
Chinese Medicine, and the Macau Nutrition Association, which covered various topics including the relationship between plants and human nutrition, plants and metabolic health, plants and human aging, and plants and sustainable development.
In her keynote presentation titled "Unveiling the Potential: Harnessing the Essence of Sambucus williamsii Hance for
Postmenopausal Metabolic Wellness", Prof. Wong shared her research revelations on enhancing women's vitality through
Chinese herbal medicine.
