The 12th Annual Meeting of Good Practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Association (GP-TCM RA), organized in
part by Prof. Simon LEE Ming-yuen, MC member of RCMI, was held from 24–26 August 2024 in Macau SAR, China.
The program of this 2.5-day meeting features five keynote lectures, seven interest group sessions (Quality Control, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Regulatory Aspects, Clinical Studies, Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, Acupuncture– Moxibustion and Meridians, and Publication), as well as poster and oral presentations.
RCMI’s Management Committee member, Dr Jerry YEUNG, was invited to serve as keynote speaker of the Meeting. In his presentation "Acupuncture for Insomnia: Clinical Trials, TCM Patterns, and Responders", Dr Yeung evaluated and eluciated the efficacy of acupouncture in treatment of insomnia.
