The Society for Acupuncture Research (SAR) and The Research Centre for Chinese Medicine Innovation (RCMI) have successfully concluded a Research Conference titled "Bridging the Two Worlds: Integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine into Modern Healthcare" on the PolyU campus from May 23 to 25,2024.
This three-day event convened over 300 participants from 19 countries and regions, cultivating a vibrant stage for international collaboration and knowledge exchange. The Conference presented a rich tapestry of sessions, including keynote presentations, main symposiums, member symposiums, and poster presentations, with a key focus on enhancing the scientific understanding and evidence-based clinical applications of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
Our sincere appreciation goes to the Co-Chairmen of the Conference's Organizing Committee, Prof. Jun MAO and Dr. Jerry YEUNG, whose outstanding leadership in conceptualizing, executing, and overseeing this exceptional gathering have contributed to the symposium’s triumph.
