Associate Professor

Biography

Xueyong obtained his PhD in public administration and an MPA from the Price School of Public Policy, University of Southern California. He also received an M.Sc. in management science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and his B.S. in engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing. His current research focuses on environmental governance, public and nonprofit management. His recent research articles have been published or forthcoming in the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Public Administration, Policy Studies Journal, and the Journal of Development Studies. Before joining the PolyU, Dr Zhan was an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the School of Public Economics and Administration, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
