Biography
Dr Fiona CHEN is a Senior Lecturer at the Division of Science, Engineering and Health Studies (SEHS), College of Professional and Continuing Education, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU CPCE). She received her Bachelor of Medicine degree from Shandong Medical University, Master of Medicine degree from Sun Yat-sen University and PhD degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Dr Chen has significantly contributed to the research of stroke and other ageing diseases by conducting various clinical studies. Her research interests include different aspects of brain disease such as pathological mechanisms, cerebral hemodynamics; neuroimaging of stroke in Chinese population; application of the transcranial Doppler, brain CT and high-resolution MRI.
