Thanks to the generous donation of Ir Dr Otto Poon and the Otto Poon Charitable Foundation. The naming ceremony was held earlier this month. Otto Poon Charitable Foundation Research Institute for Smart Energy (RISE) is established, as a cross-disciplinary research platform in PolyU, for developing innovative and sustainable energy technologies and solutions.
