The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Wisconsin–Madison on 22 May 2019 at PolyU.
The purpose of this MoU is to develop academic and educational collaborations on the basis of equality and reciprocity and to promote relations and mutual understanding between the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences of PolyU and the Department of Rehabilitation Psychology & Special Education in the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
