簡歷
梁博士於香港理工大學獲得哲學博士學位。在加入本系擔任助理教授前，她於澳洲拉籌伯大學及香港中文大學接受博士後培訓，並於2018至2021年期間在香港中文大學擔任研究助理教授，從事運動科學及復康的教學及研究工作。
梁博士一直致力研究肩部疼痛的成因，並探索有效的治療方法以減輕疼痛，提升肩部功能，並改善生活及心理質素。梁博士的研究興趣包括肌肉骨骼疾患的復康運動訓練、運動生物力學以及肌肉骨骼超聲波。
梁博士積極參與社區服務，走進社區中心宣傳肩膀健康，創辦「肩強行動」，為長者提供諮詢和肩膀檢查，以達致及早預防和及早治療肩痛問題的目標。
