Mr Jeff Chan holds a Higher Diploma in Electronic and Information Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Materials Engineering from City University of Hong Kong. Additionally, he is a member of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, UK.

Prior to his current role in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, Mr Chan was an engineer at several start-up companies, and worked on implementation of a series of technology projects. He is experienced in the technology implementation and applications.
