On 12 November 2024, a distinguished delegation from the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) of the HKSAR Government, led by Mr. Raymond Poon Kwok Ying, JP, Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services, visited the Otto Poon Charitable Foundation Smart Cities Research Institute (SCRI).
