Summary
PolyU Design is participating in the HKTDC International Licensing Show 2025, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), which will take place from 28 to 30 April at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC); this flagship event serves as a dynamic platform that brings together industry professionals and creative talents from around the world to explore licensing opportunities across a wide spectrum of sectors.
Invited by HKTDC, the School of Design has nominated five student teams or individual, to showcase their creative projects that span across areas such as character design, branding concepts, narrative-driven storytelling, and even technology integration. These works not only reflect the students’ diverse talents but also highlight the School’s commitment to fostering design entrepreneurship and promoting impactful, real-world applications of design thinking.
This collaboration with HKTDC provides invaluable exposure for our students by connecting them directly with key industry stakeholders; it also reinforces the School’s ongoing dedication to nurturing talent, advancing innovation, and contributing meaningfully to the growth of the cultural and creative industries.
