Registration Types

For each accepted paper, at least one of the co-authors must register with standard Presenter or student registration in order to present the paper in the form of either oral presentation or poster at the conference.

The registration fee paid includes:
(1) publication of one accepted paper (up to 4 pages in length) in the Conference Proceedings. Additional page is allowed on a fee. Publication of each additional paper requires an additional fee, and a maximum of two addtional papers is allowed. The additional paper publication fees should be paid together with the conferenc registration fees;
(2) admission to all plenary lectures, parallel sessions, workshops and/or tutorials of the conference;
(3) conference package including a USB of the Conference Proceedings with all registered accepted papers and the conference program book;
(4) admission to the Welcome Reception, luncheon plus coffee breaks for each day of the conference; and
(5) addission to the Conference Banquet and post-conference tour.

Student with valid student identification can register the conference for presenting maximum one paper/poster. Proof of student status requires one of the following to be shown during registration at the Conference:
(i) Copy of a student card issued by the student's institution, or
(ii) Letter from the student’s institution on a college or university letterhead stating that the student is pursuing a Master or PhD degree.

Each student registration includes:

The accompanying person fee is for spouses and/or children. Please be informed that the accompanying person can NOT be a co-author. Accompanying person without registration is NOT permitted to enter the conference.

Registered accompanying persons are entitled to:
(1) admission to the Welcome Reception;
(2) admission to Conference Banquet; and
(3) admission to the post-conference tour.

Each full Presenter or student registration includes publication in the Conference Proceedings one paper (up to 4 pages in length) presented either by oral presentation or poster at the conference. Each additional paper that has an author with full registration requires an addiitonal payment of US$120. A maximum of TWO(2) addiitonal papers is allowed. Additional paper publication fees should be paid together with the conferenc registration fees.

Each full Presenter or student registration includes publication of one paper (up to 4 pages in length) in the Conference proceedings. A maximum of 6 additional pages is allowed. An additional page fee of US$50 per page applies for over-length papers (5-10 pages). Papers exceeding 10 pages will be required to shorten. Additional page fees should be paid together with the Conference registration fees.

Your conference fees for ATC14 can be refunded for a cancellation fee of US$150 on or before 3rd Feb, 2017 with the following exception: if your registration was used to publish a final paper to ATC14 Conference Proceedings, there will be no refund. After 3rd Feb, 2017, Conference fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Instructions for Registration

  1. Calculate the total conference fees using the online registration form (available after Nov 2016);
  2. Payment of fees via online payment system (available after Nov 2016). Full payment is required upon registration. Payment format include VISA Card, Master Card and CUP Card (China UnionPay Card issued by banks in the Chinese Mainland). Click here for an online payment guide. You should mark down your Invoice No. upon successful payment;
  3. A confirmation letter will be send by email after a successful payment, and print out the email as proof of payment;
  4. Completion of the online registration form (item 1 above) with the Invoice No. and submit the form online;
  5. Registered members should bring along with paper acceptance and proof of payment (item 3) to complete check-in procedure on the conference site. Official receipt will be distributed at check-in counter.
